B2B / SaaS / Content Marketing — Write For Us | HuntMeLeads

HuntMeLeads publishes practitioner-first writing for B2B and SaaS teams — outbound playbooks, RevOps systems, content strategy, GTM experiments, and founder-led sales. If you've shipped the work and have the data to prove it, we want to read your pitch.

These guidelines exist so we don't waste each other's time. Read them before you email.

Topics we actively accept

  • B2B SaaS go-to-market — pricing, packaging, ICP evolution, PLG-to-sales motion.
  • Outbound playbooks with real reply rates and what changed between iterations.
  • SDR / AE team structure, comp, ramp, and tooling.
  • Content marketing for B2B — SEO, distribution, attribution.
  • RevOps and CRM architecture — Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio teardowns.
  • Demand gen and ABM with documented results.
  • Founder-led sales for early-stage SaaS.
  • AI in GTM — what's actually working, what's marketing fluff.

Topics we don't accept

  • "Top 10 [category] tools in 2026" listicles, especially with the author's product at #1.
  • AI-generated drafts. We can tell, and so can readers.
  • Posts whose primary purpose is linking to your product.
  • Generic 101 content with no original insight.
  • Personal opinion essays without supporting data or experience.
  • Anything we can find a near-duplicate of via a Google search.

Format and length

1,500-3,000 words. Google Docs or Markdown. Subheadings every 200-300 words. Original screenshots — no stock imagery. Charts and tables welcome; we typeset for publication. Include a suggested H1, meta description, and 3-5 internal-link suggestions.

Author requirements

Real name, real LinkedIn, real bio. Verifiable B2B / SaaS / marketing work history. We don't publish anonymously. Ghostwritten posts only accepted when the credited author was substantively involved in the work being written about.

Editorial process

  • Day 0: Pitch received.
  • Within 5 business days: Accept, decline, or request a revised angle.
  • Week 1-2: One round structural feedback, one round copy edits.
  • Final draft: Author sign-off required before publication.
  • Publish day: Newsletter to ~40k readers, social distribution, ongoing internal linking.

Links and bio

One in-content do-follow link to your product, company, or referenced research. Plus an author bio at the end with name, role, company, and one personal-site or social link. Excess linking gets cut in the edit pass — readers come first.

How to pitch

Email editorial@huntmeleads.com. Subject: Write For Us — [topic]. Body: 2-3 sentence summary, suggested H1, an outline with main sections and the data you'll include, and one published writing sample. Pitches with full drafts attached on first contact go to the back of the queue.

Frequently asked questions

What B2B and SaaS topics do you accept?

B2B sales, SaaS go-to-market, outbound playbooks, sales enablement, content marketing for B2B, founder-led sales, RevOps, demand generation, and account-based marketing. Practitioner-first writing only.

Do you pay for guest contributions?

No cash payment. You get a do-follow author byline, one in-content link, an author bio with one personal-site link, and distribution to our ~40k-reader newsletter and social channels.

What's the quality bar?

1,500-3,000 words, original insight, data or screenshots where relevant, no AI-generated drafts, no near-duplicates of posts already ranking on Google. We turn down ~80% of pitches at the outline stage.

Will you accept a 'Top 10 Tools' roundup?

Not unless it's based on original testing with documented methodology and includes tools you don't sell. Generic roundups featuring the author's product at #1 are an automatic decline.

How do I pitch?

Email editorial@huntmeleads.com with the subject 'Write For Us — [topic]'. Include a 2-3 sentence summary, suggested H1, an outline, and one published writing sample. Don't send the full draft first — let us shape the angle.
