Marketing — Write For Us | HuntMeLeads Guest Post Guidelines

HuntMeLeads publishes practitioner-first writing on B2B marketing, SaaS go-to-market, demand gen, content, and email. If you've shipped the work, run the experiment, or built the system — and you have the data to back it up — we'd like to read your pitch.

These guidelines exist so we don't waste each other's time. Read them before you email.

Marketing topics we actively accept

  • Demand generation playbooks with documented results.
  • B2B SEO and content strategy — keyword research, topic clusters, distribution.
  • ABM frameworks with named tiers and measurable outcomes.
  • Lifecycle and retention marketing for SaaS.
  • Email marketing — deliverability, segmentation, automation.
  • RevOps and marketing-sales alignment.
  • Attribution, MMM, and measurement under cookie deprecation.
  • AI in marketing — what's actually working, what's hype.
  • Brand and positioning for technical products.

What we don't publish

  • "Top 10 marketing tools" listicles, especially with the author's product at #1.
  • AI-generated drafts. We can tell, and so can readers.
  • Posts whose primary purpose is linking to a product.
  • Generic 101 content with no original insight.
  • Personal essays without supporting data or experience.
  • Anything we can find a near-duplicate of via a Google search.

Format and length

1,500-3,000 words. Google Docs or Markdown. Subheadings every 200-300 words. Original screenshots — no stock photography. Charts and tables welcome; we typeset for publication. Include suggested H1, meta description, and 3-5 internal-link ideas.

Author requirements

Real name, real LinkedIn, real bio. Verifiable B2B marketing work history. We don't publish anonymously. Ghostwritten posts only accepted when the credited author was substantively involved in the work being written about.

Editorial process

  • Day 0: Pitch received.
  • Within 5 business days: Accept, decline, or request a revised angle.
  • Week 1-2: One round structural feedback, one round copy edits.
  • Final draft: Author sign-off required before publication.
  • Publish day: Newsletter (~40k readers), social distribution, internal linking from related posts.

Links and bio

One in-content do-follow link to your product, company, or referenced research. One author bio at the end with name, role, company, and one personal-site or social link. Excess linking gets cut — readers come first.

How to pitch

Email editorial@huntmeleads.com. Subject: Marketing Write For Us — [topic]. Body: 2-3 sentence summary, suggested H1, an outline of the main sections and the data you'll include, and one published writing sample. Full drafts on the first email go to the back of the queue.

Frequently asked questions

What marketing topics do you accept?

B2B marketing, SaaS go-to-market, demand generation, content marketing, SEO, ABM, RevOps, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and outbound. Practitioner-first writing only — original data, original frameworks, or original opinions backed by experience.

Do you pay for marketing guest posts?

No cash payment. Contributors get a do-follow author byline, one in-content link, an author bio with a personal-site link, and distribution to our ~40k-reader newsletter and social channels.

What's the word count?

1,500-3,000 words. We reject anything shorter than 1,500; anything longer than 3,500 usually needs editing back. Format in Google Docs or Markdown, subheadings every 200-300 words.

How do I pitch?

Email editorial@huntmeleads.com with the subject 'Marketing Write For Us — [topic]'. Include a 2-3 sentence summary, suggested H1, a section outline, and one published writing sample. Don't attach a full draft on the first email — let us shape the angle first.

How long is the editorial process?

Initial response within 5 business days. Accepted pitches enter a 1-2 week edit cycle — one structural pass, one copy pass — followed by author sign-off and a scheduled publication date.
